perfect vacation, some minor issues.

the staff were friendly and polite. ismal by the adult swimming pool was especially helpful. he ensured i had everything i needed throughout the day. restaurants were fantastic, i did not have to leave the complex.

i paid in full upon arrival, the hotel charged a deposit for each night. i was told i would get a refund in five days. i still don't have my refund. this is despite messages and emails.

Underwhelming Stay with a few hiccups

The club lounge disappointed me. Unaccompanied children roam around, stuck fingers in food, and drank from glasses. Club staff seemed overwhelmed, especially during afternoon tea. Getting two drinks in the evening feels lucky. The food was fine, but you waited forever for it.
