Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay was quite disappointing despite the high expectations. We encountered severe delays at check-in and a lack of responsiveness from the staff, which marred our experience. However, the beach and pool area were beautiful, and the food at Rockfish was enjoyable. Overall, it didn’t live up to our hopes for a special anniversary celebration.
Our stay at Al Naseem was mostly wonderful, with an absolutely stunning view from our room and attentive service throughout our time there. The dining options were varied and of high quality, although the pool area felt a bit crowded at times. While the facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impressive, our experience was slightly marred by some discrepancies regarding our room location and amenities, which left us a bit disappointed. Overall, it's still an excellent choice for families seeking a luxurious getaway.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some highlights like a beautifully designed room and a stunning location, the overall experience was marred by limited pool access and disappointing dining options. The staff were generally accommodating, but certain facilities felt lacking, especially for those seeking a quieter getaway. The room was great for families, but be prepared for some noise if you're looking for relaxation.
My experience at Jumeriah Al Naseem was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself boasts breathtaking views of the Burj Al Arab and has a lovely private beach and pools. I received exceptional service throughout my visit, especially at the adults pool, which added a personal touch to my stay. However, it can be quite a walk to some rooms, and I noticed that construction noise started early in the morning, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for a luxurious getaway.
I had a memorable experience at the resort, largely thanks to the outstanding service from Martim Castro in guest relations, who made my Valentine's Day truly special. On the downside, my experience with the club lounge was disappointing due to overcrowding and an unaccompanied children policy. While the rooms were fabulous and the views stunning, the dining options were limited, especially for dinner, which left me wanting more variety. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
